What your $5,000 launch investment includes

Six deliverables. One clear path into the market.

Each part solves a different launch problem: what to know, how to present it, what professional tools to use, how to establish credibility, and who to contact first.

01

Federal benefits training

Learn the federal retirement and benefits systems, including FERS, TSP, FEHB/PSHB, FEGLI, Medicare, and related planning considerations, and how they interact across a career, a family, and a retirement.

Authority
02

In-house sales presentation training

Translate technical knowledge into a professional, consultative conversation. Learn the opening, discovery, benefit-gap discussion, analysis flow, objection handling, and the appropriate next step.

Delivery
03

Observe a veteran agent’s live presentation

Sit in while a seasoned, successful agent leads a federal employee through the presentation. You will hear real questions, see the pacing, and watch the conversation move from education to action.

Experience
04

Your branded advisor website

Launch a credibility-first website under your professional identity with your bio, credentials, focus areas, disclosures, and consultation pathway.

Presence
05

Fed Advisor Gap Analyzer + back-office training

Learn how to use and present the analysis system that helps organize the benefits conversation, identify areas for discussion, and guide the appointment professionally.

Tools
06

Your first 50 warm federal employee leads

After contracting, training, and launch readiness are complete, receive an initial 50 federal employees who requested a benefits review. You call, qualify, schedule, and serve each prospect.

Pipeline
A veteran consultant conducts a benefits presentation as a newly trained agent watches and takes notes
The apprenticeship advantage

You will not walk into your first presentation cold.

Most programs stop when the modules end. We believe confidence comes from seeing the work done well, then practicing the same disciplined process yourself.

  • Observe the complete appointment flow
  • Debrief what worked and why
  • Practice your version with in-house coaching
  • Launch with a repeatable presentation structure
From enrollment to active prospecting

What happens in order.

Your leads do not arrive before you are prepared to work them. Training, contracting, presentation readiness, and your market-facing platform come first.

Phase 1

Enroll & contract

Complete the program agreement, licensing review, and required carrier contracting steps.

Phase 2

Learn & practice

Complete the federal-benefits curriculum, Gap Analyzer training, and presentation coaching.

Phase 3

Observe & launch

Watch the veteran agent’s presentation, complete your advisor profile, and prepare your branded website.

Phase 4

Receive & work leads

Once readiness requirements are complete, receive your first 50 warm prospects and begin disciplined follow-up.

The investment

Two ways in, depending on where you already stand.

Package A is for agents entering the federal market: it builds the practice from the training up. Package B is for agents already working federal clients who need pipeline, not instruction. Neither one requires the other, and you can start with whichever fits.

Straight answers

Before you apply.

No. This is an independent business-development opportunity for licensed agents. It is not a job, salary, or employment offer.

No. Results depend on licensing, effort, skill, follow-up, products, suitability, carrier requirements, market conditions, and many other factors. Fed Advisor Solutions does not guarantee income or commissions.

A federal benefits curriculum covering FERS, TSP, FEHB/PSHB, FEGLI, Medicare and related planning, in-house coaching on the presentation itself, and live observation of a veteran agent running that presentation with a federal employee. The training is ours; it does not carry an outside designation.

On Package A, lead delivery follows contracting, training, presentation readiness, and website launch. On Package B, where you already have those in place, leads follow contracting. Neither promises protected territories or guaranteed daily lead volume.

You are responsible for maintaining your resident-state license and any non-resident licenses required to solicit or sell in the markets you serve.
